Let her sit a moment and she's instantly covered back up in terpene excess delight. Very similar texture to Purple Runtz, which is the best of the three prior Jams dropped. This one will stay soft and pliable, easy to use, regardless of the climate, weather, or storage temp. Sitting in a big jar the top 1/4 becomes nearly terpenes only while the bottom 3/4 turns white with THCa diamonds. We whip her back up into this perfect texture that travels great. Let it sit an hour at room temp and the Jam flows back into the bottom of the jar, nice and clean-like.

Gotta love the eager anticipation from expanding the horizons with a new material. While I immediately appreciated the consistency like a smooth applesauce that mixes easily once it's settled back out in layers, the flavor kept opening up to reveal new dimensions in the melon and tropical fruit (guava?) likenesses - sweet less like sugary candy and more a prime ripeness without the overripe funk. I can see myself choosing a jam over, say, a fresh press. Handles neatly. Tastes great.
