A nice wet batch fresh from a 2026 harvest. She's a loud one alright, erupting with a candy nose full of fun things like mangos, guavas, coconuts, and so much more. While the Peach Tart is pliant, sculptable, the Mangosteen turned out much more fluid in texture. For those who love a good wet batch, she's your target. As we get closer and start bringing in more and more flavors, we will probably see some smaller batches like this one as we get a taste and a measure of her "dumpingness" and ability to translate flavor. Once the full blown harvest begins in early August some of these will make a second appearance.
Among so many terms and tactics, this range produces the cleanest resin. The traditional range of 50u to 150u is the spectrum of mesh netting used to recover trichome gland heads from the wash water. As each batch is poured through this range in descending order, the larger trichomes range at the high end while finer heads are collected below. The 90u, which represents 90 microns to the next bag of 104 or 119, is the ideal size range that produces the cleanest resin. Ideally, this will be the peak level of ripeness for the trichomes when aroma and taste are at their greatest.
All of our traditional THCA live rosin is made from the 70-120 micron bags, with the occasional 70-150 being prime materials. Savoring only the 90u bag is what many consider their "personals", Exclusive Tier #1's, and other signifiers of peak quality.
