The legal foundation for the cultivation and sale of hemp-derived products, including those like ours featuring THCa, Delta-8 THC, and Delta-9 THC, can be traced back to the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, commonly known as the Farm Bill. This landmark legislation removed hemp—defined as cannabis with less than 0.3% THC by dry weight—from the list of controlled substances, officially distinguishing it from marijuana.
